Select from our beautiful range by Long Paddock Cheese, including:
• Bluestone – A natural-rinded blue cheese with depth and complexity, offering layers of flavour beyond the traditional salty blue
• Ironbark – A nth-aged Alpine-style cheese, similar to Comté or Gruyère, with a rich, nutty character
• Banksia – A semi-hard Tomme-style cheese with a natural rind, creamy texture and sweet, buttery, grassy notes
• Driftwood – A soft, bark-wrapped cheese in the style of Vacherin Mont d’Or, perfect as is or baked for a mini fondue
• Sundew – A soft bloomy Camembert-style cheese, mild and creamy when young, deepening in flavour as it matures
